Really?
Instead of taking the mass amount of money we pay New York State in taxes and using them to fix the roads up here, they simply bought signs and placed them along the road every few miles to let us know that they know the roads are a problem but they don't really plan on fixing them.
Apparently, they think I need to be informed that the reason Abilene's head's bouncing between the sides of her car seat like a bobble-head doll is because the road is "rough."
Oooooh, so that's why. Gee, thanks for letting me know.
